Is it possible to make certain files backup automatically?
-
I want to know if you can make certain files and folders backup automatically, like for example say i have a folder named Names, anytime a file is changed or added to that folder it backs it up on another hard drive. I know there are different programs that can be used to backup a whole drive and some hard drives/computers have the feature built in, but i would rather just be able to select specific files or folders that i want to be backed up automatically. I am looking for an automatic solution because my memory sucks and i tend to forget to backup until it's too late.

Answer:
There's a free program called CrashPlan that will do exactly what you are asking. Check the source link to set it up to back up your files to an external hard drive or a networked computer.
