How to delete temporary files in MATLAB?

How do I delete files in the Temp folder of my computer?

• when i go to internet explorer and click the delete files, delete cookies, and delete history it doesn't do it, so i have to do it manually. now when i go to try to delete files from the Temp folder, and i click multiple files at the same time, they delete, but then make copies of themselves. how do i delete all the files without this happening, because its really annoying.
