How to record audio off the internet not from microphone dont want to downlaod anything?

i want to know how can i record audio from a site or something like that with great quality and i dont wont to record it from my built in microphone and i tried to do that enable stereo mix thing but when i go to sound properties and click show hidden devices it does not still show up so is there anything i can do that i DONT need to download to get this audio off the internet

Answer:
Since your sound card doesn't have Stereo Mix, about all you can do is plug a patch cable from your Line In jack to your Line Out jack.
