How to encrypt the SAML Assertion?

Brand new DVD won't encrypt...?

I bought a brand new DVD, and I attempted to encrypt into my computer. I was planning on converting it to a WMV or AVI file, but my encrypter stopped at 41%, and popped an error message up. Is there any other way to encrypt the file into my computer for use as a WMV or AVI file... or what can I do to allow it to encrypt?
