Dumprep.exe running my cpu bandwidth up to 100%?

Hi everyone, I has experienced recently blue screen crash and my computer forever to reboot (on a number of occassions) and it was almost impossible to open any programmes. And in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found dumprep.exe running my cpu bandwidth up to 100%, but windows would not let me close down this dumprep.exe process. Please help my machine is a slug! Thanks
