I cant extract rar. files because when i download one it appears has note book?

Bonjour Ana, see this link: http://i37.tinypic.com/99nocj.jpg i have tried to make you understand by image on how to extract your .rar files. there are 2 options. i have mentioned both options, & will recommend 2nd option. it will extract the content in a folder with same name as the of .rar file is. in this example my file name is - TEPKAflatoons. when i right click & choose 2nd option, it will make a folder automatically named "TEPKAflatoons" & will extract the files in that folder itself. Instead of double-clicking on the rar file, open WinRar or 7zip from the Start menu, then click Open, then browse to the file. - or - Right-click the rar file and choose Open With... and select winrar or 7zip from the list and also check the box that says "Always open with"
