Computer science vs. computer engineering?

I'm not sure whether to go into computer science or computer engineering. What would each field entail and what possibilities are there for careers. I would prefer if I could go into development. I'm also planning on going to the University of Alberta.

information technology deals with programming, operating systems, math, networking ect, can't tell you exactly everything about those two you mentioned cause i haven't taken them :P
