I believe you're wondering if you can connect via Bluetooth, not wifi... and yes, as long as your computer is capable of picking up a Bluetooth signal, which you can enable in both your computer and iPod settings, you can transfer files back and forth, and if you have a file that can be printed, then yes you can print it after you transfer it onto your computer.
