What is a good external DVD burner to buy?

Should I buy this external DVD burner (it has both good and bad reviews)?

I really need a DVD burner and this one is within my price range, but the reviews are leaving me iffy. 15 people gave it 5 stars, and 9 people gave it 1 star and had various problems with it. As there is more positive feedback results of 19 five stars to some of the other results, i would go ahead with your order. Some people have a bad outcome with products all the time. Using Amazon, and not somewhere like Ebay, you should be able to get a refund simply enough if something goes wrong or you are not satisfied with it. - Henry.
