I installed a new operating system and now I cant email anyone on craigslist?

How do I make my computer so I can mail on people on craigslist.It says some about having a mailer to do it with.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Answer:
You have to log into craigslist before you can e-mail again. If you have a new e-mail address you will have to re-register again. If you have the same e-mail then signing in will register a cookie to your computer. Cheers
