How do I open JPG files?

How can i combine jpg files?!!!!?

I have a jpg file of a manga (a book ). For some reason, when person put the manga online, he split each page of the book into a separate jpg files. its super annoying. Is there a program that I can use to merge all of the files together to create an one simple file so that i can read it without opening up a gazillion files?...also if you could make your answer in the simplest terms possible it would help greatly lol ^_^ thx a bunch your help is much appreciated o_O
