Best computer for college student with little money?

  • I am preparing for college next year and I would like to purchase a laptop. My top choice would be a macbook pro but they are very expensive and I don't have enough money to buy one. I also have no credit so I can't do the monthly payment plan. What computer could I get that is affordable and runs well. I am a photographer so I need lots of memory and a bigger screen as well. Also I want it to be a reasonable size and weight so it is easy to take back and forth to classes. Thank you so much!

    What's your budget? I would go with Toshiba or Dell. And please don't get an Acer just because they're cheap, there's a good reason they're cheap.
