What the heck is iconator? Sounds like adware to me. Just use photoshop, or even MSPaint

IN MSPAINT, CREATE THE PICTURE YOU WANT TO SAVE AS AN ICON. CLICK SAVE AS, AND SAVE YOUR FILE AS (INCLUDING QUOTES): "ICONNAME.ICO" WHERE ICONNAME IS WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT.
