How to delete Windows website suggestions?

• It's a pretty vague question, so I need to explain. When you open a window (right now it's my Speech Recognition Program), it has the box at the top, similar to an address bar. You can click an arrow and a list of sites will come down. I have tried multiple ways, but I cannot delete them. I can't right click and delete, I can't highlight them and delete them, nothing. The only thing I can do is hit the enter key and go to the site. I need to delete these. I am hoping this makes sense. Does anybody have any advice?
