How can I escape the graboid video download limitation?

Graboid Video V3.05 help?

  • Hi, yesterday I created a free trial Graboid account and I downloaded 2 movies for my daughter: Mean girls and clueless. Today when I go to play them I can only play them from Graboid, because when I go to play them from the files where they are saved on my computer the sound wont work? I have tried re-opening the files and copying/cutting and pasting them into a new folder on my computer but the sound just wont work? it only works when I log onto Graboid click on my downloads and click play. I want the movies saving to my computer in full working order with sound. Does anyone know what has happened and how I can get the sound back?

    I’ve had the same issue with a few files that I’ve downloaded. Try opening it in the VLC player on your computer (right click on the file, click ‘Open with’ and look for ‘VLC media player’)—that works for me every time.
