The "print screen button" doesnt work?

make sure you dont have to hold shift or fn to do it. If that doesnt work close out of ms paint and do the print screen first then open paint and see if you can paste now, some times you need to open paint AFTER you do the print screen. Hope I helped and good luck!

The Print Screen button (as well as Scroll Lock and Pause/Break) were carried over from the days of mainframe computer networking.
