How do you change the language on you computer?

How do you change the language on you computer? i know you have to go to: start control panel language region but where do i find the control panel? everything is in dutch so i dont understand.

If you have Microsoft Intellitype installed (because you have an Microsoft keyboard) you can simply press the Windows Key + C

Well, i am not sure i missunderstood you. But is the main language in Windows are dutch..then you are not able to change that more than install Windows in english version. Changing that language in the language bar only switch the keyboards language.

Go to Start -> Control Panel If you don't have it listed there, go to My Computer and there should be a Control Panel link on the left.
