How do i change the resolution on my internet explorer?

How do I change my defult browser from internet explorer to firefox?

  • I use yahoo messenger to check my yahoo email. When I click on the envelope to go to my mail it automatically uses internet explorer. I am having a ton of problems with internet explorer and have started using firefox and have absolutely no problems with firefox. Everything else automatically uses firefox except for yahoo messenger. Is there something I can do in my computer to disable it or is there something within yahoo messenger I can do to disable internet explorer with messenger? Thanks!

    If you're using vista, it's under the Default Programs link on the Start Menu. For XP, it's Start->All Programs->Set Program Access and Defaults Find the section for internet browser and change it to Firefox

Easier solution is that you can open firefox and click Tools on the top right and a drop down menu should appear then click options then go into the Advanced tab then underneath click the General tab and then there should be a button called Check now under where it says system defaults and just click it and your done.
