How to get email pop-up alert on computer?

• I have a stock trading service that sends me buy/sell alerts. The only option they have is to send them to an email address I give them. I want to be notified right away when those alerts come in and not have to be checking my email all the time. Best scenario is if a pop-up would occur on my computer screen when I receive an email from the alert service, but only them. I'm willing to use any email service and create an email address just for this. Anyone have any ideas of how to do this? I thought of IM, but the stock trading service doesn't use IM, just email.
