    The best way would be if you could jailbreak your iPod and add the program dTunes to it. That would allow you to download music/video/etc to your touch providing that you have access to wi-fi. Other than that I would say you make do with the free app Pandora or other music apps available for the iPod line.... or you could always give the RIAA a call and ask them if they'd send you some music, they're always happy to distribute free content
