*error popup* "PCMService.exe - Entry Point Not Found"?

every time I start up my dell laptop (windows vista) i get 9 pop ups of this. the rest of the pop up says "The procedure entry point PowerReadACValue could not be located in the dynamic link library POWRPROF.dll." then there is an ok button. i just would like to know if there is something that i can do to make them not pop up or what they mean. thanks for any help i get :]

Hi there , Programs generally remove files but not registry entries upon uninstallation. Such can be fixed using good registry cleaner like RegInOut .If your system is missing a windows dll then you might have to repair your installation after fixing the previous registry entry of that dll using RegInOut.
