if you have windows vista installed then it is on there if not your choices are the version that came with your version of windows or windows live move maker which is part of the live pack. i prefer pitivi as alternitive i use it in linux and theres a windows port http://wiki.pitivi.org/wiki/PiTiVi_on_Windows
