How can I install Japanese and Chinese on my PC?

How can I install a pc program on another pc other than a flash drive?

  • I have a recording program called cubase and some buddies of mine need the program to record n edit there music. Thng is I can't find the original install disk n I don't have a flash drive large enough to put a copy of the program on. I'm pretty sure there's a simple way to do it but I can't lie I'm not all that pc literate any help would be MUCH apreciated

    You likely need the install disk. Windows and Macs require an install of software not a copy. Many entries are made to the registry for apps to work a simple copy of files doesn't do this.

Copying programs to memory sticks (or CDs or whatever else), usually will not enable them to be installed or run on another machine. First, it's very difficult to find all the visible pieces of complex software applications. They're sometimes in directories other than the application's main one (the C:\Windows directory, for instance). Sometimes they're even dependent on other things already on the machine. Second, application installs often store critical bits of information in a huge system file called the Registry. It's usually not possible to pull out all the pieces you need, and it is impossible to copy the Registry from one machine to another without wrecking the second machine. Sorry.

You could try downloading the "Windows File Transfer Wizard". I used that to transfer all my stuff to a new laptop. You will need a CD or two.
