I herad there is an application that catches the sounds and tells the note played. What is the name of the application? I heard it's made for apple? If not apple i could use anything. I just need it so bad! thank you

Garage Band has a built in tuner. To activate it, simply select Control>Show Tuner in LCD or press Command-f. Play your instrument and GarageBand will show you the note.
