How can I add a slideshow to my site?

How do i add music onto a slideshow i'm making using windows movie maker?

  • i don't know how to add music. I'm all new to this since i just downloaded the movie maker today so i don't really know how everything works, It'll be a great help if someone can tell me how to add music onto my slideshow thnx!=D

    simple enough really , all you have to do is add the sound file that you want to use into your projects "collection" and then drag it down to your audio track, microsoft's website has a great tutorial on how to do it, i attached a link , but if you look under "capture video" theres an import sound/music link that can be used to import it in

Get a plain CD, that has nothing on it. You can buy these at computer stores. You have to burn the songs you want onto the CD. Then you have to rip the songs o the CD into Windows Media Player. Make a new folder, like, Songs, or something, and extract the songs into that folder. Then when you are on Windows Movie Maker, press Import Video (Yes, import VIDEO) and go into my documents, Songs (Or whatever you named that folder) All of you songs should be there, but it wont say, I Kissed A Girl, or Low, or anything like that. I think it might just say Media 1, 2, 3, Ect. When its imported, it should appear in your collections. Open up the timeline part of the WMM, and drag the clip (The song) onto the beginning of the timeline. It sounds a bit complicated, but it really isnt. ☺☻

You have to download it from a site. Just google 'your song here free download.' Then on the side where you can import pictures, etc. Click Import Audio. Pick the song you want, and it'll show up on the screen with the videos and pictures. Just click and drag it into the storyline box. It will probably change so it shows the timeline, where you can shorten it audio & everything. : ] Good luck.

Download LIMEWIRE then download any .mp3 file of the song of your choice... then on WMM; click "Add Sound" or "Add Music" then go to documents, click Limewire, click Saved or Shared and double click the song you want to put there

What you need to do is drag the music file onto windows media player. after this you must open the timeline and drag the music file onto the audio section and there you go! Hve fun ^^

Just Open A Window and drag the song on to a section, or copy paste, or go on import media and go on ur name (Profile name) and look for the song's location.
