Why won't my printer software load?

I need help my web pages will not print. my printer software will not load for windows 7. What can I do?

    Go to the web site of the maker of your printer, look up your model, and see if they have Win7 drivers available. The printer will not work within Win7 drivers.

Go to your printers website, and under support look for updates for the drivers and software. Download them and install the new updates. If there aren't any updates for Windows 7 you may have to get a new printer.

If you went from XP to Windows 7, and your printer is older, there may be NO drivers for it - Microsoft changed the driver model between XP and Vista, and older drivers won't work on Vista or W7 Canon is particularly bad in this regard - they only provide drivers for operating systems being sold, and never provide updates The only solution if this is your case is called "buy a new printer"
