How to add a border to layout?

Music Myspce Layout help please?

  • hey everyone i just started a band and i am creating a cool Myspace Layout for it *i am new at making layouts* so i have the background as #000000 and i have a Tiling paper background for the main table and the table is a 2 row 1 column table. the top row has the header links *add,message,block,favorite* and i am having some issues when i preview it in browser it has a border when in the .css document i have imported to it it has 0 Border and also there is a black row in between the 2 rows what do i do and also should i use a "div overlay"? i am trying to get it structed like "the devil wears prada" page www.myspace.com/tdwp you can message me at Aim-sk8er1140 [email protected] yahoo-deluca43123 thanks in advance p.s i have Adobe Photoshop Cs3 but i do not have dream weaver i use dream weaver at school
