I am having some iTunes problems Help.

Problems With iTunes- Help?

  • Ok, I've had zero problems with itunes for about 2 years. But since I updated with the new version everythings gone bad. Everytime I want to open itunes it says an error has occured and itunes needs to close. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still says the same thing. Even quicktime says that. Wtf is wrong? I've even restored my computer.

Welcome to my world. Everytime I try to actually watch some program that I've downloaded and *paid for*, my computer just shuts off! Now, I can't even open iTunes anymore! so pissed!!

Hmm. Well you have to make sure the newer version is compatible with your computer. If that doesn't help try down-grading back the iTunes you are comfortable with.

Your best bet would be to contact itunes via email through there website and a real person well respond to you, good luck, sorry dude
