How do I create a complete system image of my operating system and all programs onto one or more bootbale DVDs?

I have Norton Ghost 15 it does NOT let me do that the way I would like. I want a bootable DVD/multiple DVDs if necessary that will completely restore all drivers, my operating system, and my programs. One of multiple reasons I am doing this is because I have 7 identical computers I am working on that will be used for office use. The other is in case the computer simply needs re-imaging. Thanks.
