How can i delete duplicate songs from itunes?

If you have the latest version of iTunes: 1. Go to the File tab 2. Select the Show Duplicates option from the menu 3. Select the duplicates you want to remove by holding Control (or Command on Mac) and clicking the song 4. Press Delete Alternatively, you can go through your entire library and performs steps 3-4, but that would take a longer time to finish.

You select the song that is a duplicate, then you press the "delete" key on you keyboard. THis deletes the duplicate song. (:

Sort your songs by title. Then hold control when you click on the songs you want to delete. (Holding control makes you able to select more than one.) Than right click delete.
