Is it possible to sync windows mobile with iTunes?

Windows 7 crashes everytime i try to sync my iphone 3gs, it started after i updated itunes.?

This is called file or disk fragmentation. Disk fragmentation can slow down your machine because the disk heads have to move back and forth to find all the fragments of a file. Windows comes with it's own disk defragmentation tool and the microsoft website explains how to run it. 4.Repair system files: When trying to solve Computer Crashes problem, the Last Known Good Configuration will only repair the registry data. But if there is something wrong with the system files, it will result in system instability or failure to log in the system. So a scan with the system command "SFC" is needed. Once a file is found to be missing or damaged, you will be prompted to insert the installing CD to restore the original file. You can go to Start -> run -> type "sfc /scan now" and then "Enter" to begin the scanning. By the way, please remember to use a patched CD to restore the system if the operating system in the installing CD is an older one, avoiding a restore to an older version.

I had the same problem for nearly a month, and it was driving me mad. No matter what I did, no matter how many times I re-installed Itunes or restarted the Ipod Service, I got nothing. I finally realized that I had a CD stuck in one of my DVD drives, and it was constantly trying to to eject, read the disk, eject, read the disk, eject read the disk etc. I removed the drive from my computer, and Presto! Itunes would no longer lock up when I attached my Iphone. From this is was able to extrapolate that when Itunes boots up, it first looks for any CDs you have in your drives, THEN looks for any connected Iphones. Itunes essentially kept asking my computer what CD was in the drive over and over, and since it never got an answer it never moved on to look for an iphone.

iTunes.exe has been set to run in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows. For best result, turn off compatibility mode of iTunes before you open it. > 1. Make sure iTunes isn't running. 2. Click Start, type regedit, then press Enter. 3. Navigate to this Registry location:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Micr… NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers 4; Its better you clean/repair Windows registry with RegInOut. 4. Look in the main pane for a key that refers to iTunes. If you find one, delete it, then exit the Registry. 5. Start iTunes. The offending message should be gone!

It would help more if you added an error code that you get from the crash.

try this: uninstall any apple software that you have on your computer. restart. install the software again. restart again. see if it works this time.
