heyy dude u need many softwares lyk photoshop flash dreamweaver swish u can download frm download .com to make web site first u have to regter and it will cost u about 3 to 4000 bt u can also make blogs....

Nothing comes for free. First u hav to design ur own website with designing tools such as photoshop, flash, dreamweaver etc. Then instead of hosting thru webs.com, contact a web hoster , choose a good domain name and host ur site.
