I have art I created on a student software if I buy the full software(to sell), could I sell the student art?

I have the Photoshop CS3 student software, and I'm wondering if I bought the full software for selling etc if it could be possible to sell my old art without having to try to redo it on the full software. Thanks. : )

I'm not sure if Adobe has anything specific, however, the rule of thumb is that you may only do so if you uninstall all of the software from your computer, and then reinstall it from the appropriate disk and key. However, I am not sure if Adobe has a specific clause in any of it's agreements that prohibit you from selling old, unused software.
