How do I resize the google search bar?

How to force 1-word address bar searches to search google?

  • Currently I have Firefox set to search google through the address bar using the about:config setting keyword.URL = http://www.google.com/search?btnG=Google+Search&q= The problem is that it works perfectly for multi-word searches, but for some reason when I search the address bar for a single word like say "bananas" it will do a dlink search (powered by Yahoo). • Answer:

You probably have DLink router & or modem and it's trying to resolve the address as a website not a search term. Happens all the time, make sure update your router to search Google (type in 192.168.0.1 and go through the options to set this up right.
