How can I get a shatter effect on my video that I'm editing in Sony Vegas Pro 10?

Hi, I've been having a problem with getting the Wax plug-ins to show up on Sony Vegas Pro 10. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 as my OS and my Sony Vegas Pro 10 is x64 as well. Now, I realize that Wax 2.0 plug-ins do not work with the x64 version of Sony Vegas (after hours/days of troubleshooting lol). However, if I try and install the x32 version of Sony Vegas I receive an error stating that the registration key that I entered was incorrect (using KeyGen) even though I've tried millions of different keys and Subscription codes. When I try using KeyGen for the x64 version of Sony Vegas it works just fine, weird I know. Now, my question is...How do I get a Shatter transition for Sony Vegas if Wax 2.0 doesn't work? I had the PluginPac 3D before and it worked fine, but my Sony Vegas trial version ran up and I had to reinstall Vegas. After that PluginPac 3D didn't work anymore for some reason =(. Should I be worrying about getting a different version of Wax that works with Sony Vegas x64, or should I be worrying about getting a different application than Wax or PluginPac 3D altogether that works with Sony Vegas x64? Do you know of any other plug-ins out there that have this effect? On the other hand, maybe I should be trying to figure out why Sony Vegas Pro 10 x32 version will not register on my computer? I need to know what the quickest and easiest route would be honestly. Any help would be much much appreciated as I have worked on this for quite awhile now to no avail and starting to pull out my hair lol.
