What's the best video editing software?

Whats the best video editing software out there?

  • For like making a zombie movie and also a system that can tweak audio and video but I would like something that can do crazy sh!t with audio but mainly im looking for something that can really put together a zombie movie.

    I'm not an expert, but I've used Final Cut Pro and I really loved it. It wasn't difficult to use and I was able to do a whole bunch of different stuff. It's pretty expensive, though.

Avid is number one but Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Vegas Pro are top line. For visual effects in post-production, you'll need After Effects. Steep learning curves but worth the time.
