How do i reset Microsoft Outlook 2010?

i tried to use microsoft outlook, but it keeps telling me i need to log in and i can't remember the password, and i can't go to my email provider to reset the password because i can't remember the security question. is there any way i can reset outlook without deleting it.? i tried going to control pannel>Mail, but all i see is outlook. if i select delete won't it delete outlook?

I'd have to wonder why you would want to use that out dated bullshit to begin with considering everything in your mailbox including spam and malware is downloaded to your PC the minute you open outlook. You'd be wise to check your mail on the server in the first place. Reading your mail somewhere else on the net is a damn lot safer. What you actually want to keep is easily downloaded.
