Where can I download Insignia 400a drivers?

Someone please help,exactly where and what to download drivers?

  • Dell inspiron 6400 laptop, help to install drivers? someone tell me please which and what drivers to download and install. when i go to website support.dell there is so much to choose from and i am unsure which or what to download,please help,my dvd/cd rom drive is not recognized on my computer and i need to install and download the drivers, i have a cd installation but i cannot see my cd rom drive so i cannot use it,please tell me exactly where to go and exactly what to click on to download/install,neww at this so please be specific,thanks in advance

    the problem is most likely not the cd/dvd driver. Go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982116 first and run the fix it for me. Issue is common and is caused from cd/dvd burning software If you still need drivers http://support.dell.com click on drivers enter your service tag (found on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop) It will give the right drivers for the system. Your system has a driver for each piece of hardware. Since the problem is the cd/dvd that is the driver you would want to download. You can select download and than save it to the desktop. It will install when you run it.

Basically you should get like 2-3 disks when you but the computer thous disks should contain the drivers. In your case...Just type in google the name of the of the your video card or what ever with the word "driver" near it like "Geforce 7600 Drive"r and you should see sites with the download.

Exactly,now first you have to mention which operating system you are using currently,is it windows xp ?.I am sure it is.So visit the link posted below ,chosing operating system as windows xp and download only RECOMMENDED driver in "importance".So start with Audio,Video,communications,network and chipset.For more help you can IM me anytime :).Good luck.
