Torrents, and .RAR files?

if you see a lot of files with the extension like ".part00" ".part01" or ".00" ".01" and so on. then just open the first rar (with the lowest number) and just extract the iso file :) as for burn or mount - Burn means that you "burn" the files intoa CD. Mount means that you "mount" the iso file on a emulator like Daemon tools.

i am also a beginner but so far ive learned that .rar files are unpacked with winRAR...... and mount and burn are to do with a program called daemon tools(google it, apparently it makes your computer think files are on a disk or something) i am just beginning to learn to use that program tho so yeah, i reccomend looking into daemon tools...

Whenever I get files where I dont know what to do I usually google "how to open **** files" this usually gives you info on what to do. Once you have got past that part and have extracted the files you will need to mount the image. this basically means creating a virtual drive so that your PC treats the files as if the original CD has been inserted into the CD drive. Daemon tools is what I use to mount image files. One uve done that install as normal and away you go.

OK go to download.com and get daemon tools. and if you dont have WINRAR, download that aswell from download.com. Cause you NEED WINRAR to extract files or else the files dont show up as .RAR format and rather some other random format. It is really quite simple. Once you have winrar, right click on one of the left 4 dead files and click extract to " " what ever is says. Once it is done extracting, open and install daemon tools. Then in daemon tools find and click the button that says MOUNT IMAGE, click that then browse to where your left 4 dead 2 EXTRACTED FILES are and click on that. Once youve mounted the image, it is just like installing a game you buy from the store, and just follow instructions ok. hope I helped
