If I want to remove Windows Live Messenger?

I use Windows XP, and i want to remove Windows Live Messenger from my user account, would Windows Live Messenger be removed from my user account only, or from all user accounts on the computer?

Depends on your account type. If you are admin I believe it should uninstall from all accounts depends upon you you uninstall it. During the un-installation process MSN should give you the option.
