In Final Cut Pro, audio tracks won't drag to the timeline from the preview window. Why?
-
In Final Cut Pro, I have a video that has audio with it. When I drag the video from the preview window from the timeline, the audio doesn't come with it. I have plenty of room on the audio tracks, plenty of empty space and video tracks. It worked before, the audio is fine. Its something with FCP. I'm editing a video for class and its 1AM, we've been here since 7pm. If anyone could help us solve this problem before I jump out the window here.... let me know -_-

you need to convert the file in itunes
final cut pro has always had some issues with the audio part. it's great for video but audio is an issue. ur best bet is re-importing the whole section of raw footage and piecing it back together.
