gimp is free and powerful many tutorials on youtube use outline tool to trace a path around object you wish to copy then click select to path you will then get a army ant effect around object click on copy then paste it into second image then use move scale perspective and rotate tool to get object to right position and size

Yes. It is a 3D Picture. I think that is a Snapshot of a 3D Video Clip.

It's a piece of cake. I dunno how to do it in Photoshop, but I can certainly do it in Sony Vegas (for video editing, though)
