How to increase internet download speed?

  • Hello, I have a problem with downloading. My internet speed is 512Kbs. but when i download programs or music; it transfer rate only 2 or 3kbs per second. I feel it is suck. I used to complain the company, but they said if i want to download more fast i have to pay more money for downloading. You know what i pay $ 215.95 for speed 512Kbs. It is too expensive if compare with other countries. But, in my country internet so suck....expensive and slow Alright, please help me to increase internet download speed. Thank you for your time

    i'm sorry but there is no other way my friend. your country would have to change their policy on services. you would have to write a letter to someone in your government maybe and get a petition to change the policy with signature's.

hi, the only way to tangibly increase the internet speed is by u subscribing on to a higher speed package, folks would say use softwares, but they are all humbug,u can very well check the speed http://www.ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/ before and after using software, there would not be any change

Are you trying to use a bit torrent client for these downloads? If so, I'd say you are the victim of throttling. A lot of ISPs throttle bit torrent traffic and will prevent you from reaching full speeds. My suggestion is to move to America where internet connections are cheaper and more plentiful to choose from.
