HELP ME OUT !!!!!!! Does anyone know any TEXT TO SPEECH animated character software?

Does anyone know any TEXT TO SPEECH talking-animated character software? I know there's SitePal. SitePal's animated characters lipsync really well and their characters are high-quality however you have to pay a monthly subscription for it. SitePal does not sell a CD copy of its software and i wouldn't mind paying for that the CD if it ever sold one. I tried another software CrazyTalk and i have its CD but the lipsync is not good. Could anyone suggest a TEXT TO SPEECH animated character software that lipsyncs well and is of high quality and can be bought as a CD or DVD? I want to incorporate this speaking character into my powerpoint presentations. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Thanks.
