On windows movie maker, is it possible to show an image for a time shorter than 1,20 seconds?

i am making a fast video on windows movie maker using MS Paint images. i have mouth movements, and the images need to be shown at an extremely short time. The shortest time, i noticed, is 1,20 seconds. n that is wayyy too long. is there a way to show an image for a shorter time than 1,20 seconds?(please use easy language, im a little slow.)
