Why would you want to uninstall java? Java is part of Operating System, without it you would not be able to use graphical user interface (GUI) properly.

I'm not completely sure, but I'm guessing you are trying to Uninstall Java? If so get an Application Called JavaRA, it's open soucrce and works great for cleaning up Java Installs http://raproducts.org/wordpress/
