How to change the default search engine in my Firefox Address bar?
-
I don't know how it happened, but my default search engine of the Firefox address bar has been changed to "questbasic.com" from "Google". So, I changed it using " about:config --> keyword.URL --> http://www.google.com/search?&q= " . Now the keywordURL's value is set to "http://www.google.com/search?&q=" permenantly. But still, when I enter a search keyword in the address bar, it is searched using that "questbasic" thing. ex:http://www.questbasic.com/?tmp=nemo_results_removelink2&prt=QstbscWD4&keywords=yahoo%20mail Please be kind enough to help me!! :( Is this a virus or something like that?
