How do I download a movie from my computer to my iPhone? HELP!!!?

I just got 2 movies on iTunes and for some reason my could and my syncing won't download it! I waisted a bunch of money on movies plus the movie froze and now it won't play anymore for both! What do I do, can somebody please help me!!!

Answer:
go on itunes and enable videos on the cpu. then sync again, if not select the movie you want
