About dvd ripping and dvd region codes?

  • I want to rip the dvd video files from a dvd that is region 4 and make those dvd video files region 1 so that i can burn these dvd video files in region 1 coding on a new blank disk the source files are on a dvd is there any program that can change the dvd region code so i can burn the video files with region 1 coding
