How can I add yahoo mail icon on my desktop?

Addition of ICON to Desktop ?

  • Can I add an ICON to my Desktop that I can click on to be taken to the Yahoo Mail server? If so how to I accomplish this?

Ok I'm not sure if i understand the question so well but I'll try my best. If you want an icon on your desktop that will take you to any website just follow my instructions. 1. Right click on your desktop and choose New > Shortcut and then you just write in the page link in the field like http://answers.yahoo.com that one. 2. Click next and then you just have to choose the name of the shortcut like if you made an shortcut to http://answers.yahoo.com you can name it Yahoo Answers or something like that. create an internet link on ur desktop... 1. go to the yahoo mail and right click on the background. 2. click save target as or save as... 3. a window will pop up. 4. choose where you want the icon to be. 5. remember to see if there is this thing called 'HTML Document" on the save as type box. If you cannot do this, make sure you are clicking on the correct place.
